BELLHOLE HYDROKLEANER™ MODEL BH5R3036 The line travel Bellhole HydroKleaner (Model BH5R3036 shown here) is designed for short-segment, in-theditch pipe coating removal projects. The unit is completely enclosed by an aluminum shroud and remotely operated for personnel safety. This Bellhole HydroKleaner is a five-rotary system, capable of 360-degree cleaning in a single pass. Where pump capacity is a factor, the unit may be operated using the lower two rotaries on one pass, and the upper three rotaries on the second pass, achieving 360- degree cleaning in two passes. The 20,000 psi (1400 bar) water jets strip away old coating materials, leaving only the primer stain. The pipe, including longitudinal seams and girth welds, is left clean and ready for inspection. The collection pan is flanged to accept a discharge spout or a shredder when vacuum collection is required.
