The oscillating line travel coating applicator (Model CPCO2636 shown here) is designed for smooth, even application of liquid coating materials to prepared pipe surfaces. The unit has three spray guns mounted to an
oscillating ring, a design which provides uniform standoff and consistent 360-degree coating coverage.

Oscillating and travel speeds are controllable to allow the best production rate at the desired coating thickness. The CPCO includes automated tip reversing for clearing spray tips. Mounted above the oscillating ring, a
mixing unit with a static mixing tube provides even material delivery to each tip.

A solvent flush system clears material from lines and components when shutting down. Break-open design allows easy line mounting and demounting at any point. The unit and its operation are controlled by one of three available SKDR™ models.

When simultaneous surface preparation and coating are not required, the CPCO can be quickly modified to do abrasive blasting, eliminating the expense of a second unit. The optional CPCO-KIT™ contains all necessary
components to convert the unit into a functional Oscillating Abrasive Blast (OAB™) unit. Model CPCO2636 is pictured on a recent rehabilitation project in Canada.
